Boschendal — “Most ingredients sourced from Boschendal”
Opened December 2025 in the 1812 Werf building. It replaced The Werf Restaurant — Boschendal's own site still carries a stale Werf entry. Checked 18 September 2026 against the Ecocert and Control Union South African registers — the two largest here — and found no entry. Other certifiers operate in South Africa without publishing a register, so this is evidence rather than proof.
