Farmer Angus — Regenerative, pasture-raised
Pasture-reared meat and eggs from Spier. “Pasture-raised” is not defined in SA law — this is the producer's own standard, publicly argued for. Checked 18 September 2026 against the Ecocert and Control Union South African registers — the two largest here — and found no entry. Other certifiers operate in South Africa without publishing a register, so this is evidence rather than proof.
