In their own words
Babylonstoren — “Pick, clean and serve” — garden cultivated since 2010, 300+ varieties
The kitchen cooks from the estate's own garden. No organic certification claimed on the garden. Checked 18 September 2026 against the Ecocert and Control Union South African registers — the two largest here — and found no entry. Other certifiers operate in South Africa without publishing a register, so this is evidence rather than proof.
