One family farm selling its own lambs direct, which is rarer than it sounds — most 'Karoo lamb' sold online is aggregated from several farms. Their own site claims hormone-free, antibiotic-free, free-range veld rearing with rotational grazing but does not mention the GI mark at all, so ask whether your particular box carries it.
